The Aces are 17-14 thus far this season, boasting a 7-3 record over their last 10 games. Las Vegas has also won three games in a row, making it appear as though the team is about to go on a run. Most recently, the Aces defeated the Seattle Storm 90-86 behind 29 points, 12 rebounds, and three assists from Wilson. Guard Jackie Young also had a massive game in the win, scoring 26 points to go with five rebounds and five assists.

Before that, Las Vegas defeated the Golden State Valkyries 78-72 thanks to 27 points and seven rebounds from Wilson, and 14 points and four assists from Young. Recently, Wilson and Young have demonstrated why they are one of the best 1-2 punches in the league today.

Connecticut, meanwhile, is just 5-24 on the season with a 2-8 record over its last 10 games. Most recently, Connecticut fell 102-91 to the Los Angeles Sparks, despite 19 points and seven rebounds from Tina Charles, and 19 points, seven rebounds, and three assists from Marina Mabrey.
