‘Dancing with the Stars’ season 34 is almost here: Everything to know

The ballroom is almost open for “Dancing with the Stars” season 34.

A video clip of “Dancing with the Stars” co-hosts Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribeiro busting a move to “Pump Up the Jam” by Technotronic and Felly, released on Aug. 18, is now getting fans excited for the new season.

Season 34 will also mark a special milestone for the reality dance competition, as it will celebrate its milestone 20th anniversary.

When will ‘Dancing with the Stars’ air?

Season 34 of “Dancing with the Stars” kicks off this fall, airing Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET and PT on ABC and Disney+.

The new season will also be available for streaming the next day on Hulu on Disney+ and Hulu.

When will the cast be announced?

The full season 34 cast will be revealed on “Good Morning America” on Wednesday, Sept. 3, at 7 a.m. ET, on ABC.

Who has already been announced?

In the months leading up to the new season, several stars were announced as part of the cast.

The first cast member revealed for season 34 was Robert Irwin. The wildlife conservationist and photographer was announced as a celebrity competitor on season 34 back in April, at Hulu’s first-ever Get Real! event in Beverly Hills, California.

Irwin told “GMA” at the time that it was an “honor” and a “privilege to be joining this season.”

Influencer and “Hot Mess” host Alix Earle was also announced previously as part of the new cast.

Other stars that have been announced include “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” stars Whitney Leavitt and Jen Affleck.

Are any new pro dancers joining season 34?

Jan Ravnik was announced on Aug. 28 on “GMA” as the newest pro dancer to take his talents to the “DWTS” ballroom.

Ravnik most recently traveled the world as a backup dancer on Taylor Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour.

“I traveled all around the world with the Eras Tour and now I’m coming to the ballroom stage with ‘Dancing With the Stars,'” Ravnik said in an exclusive message on “GMA.” “The Mirrorball never goes out of style and we are ready to win it.”

Joey Graziadei and his pro dance partner Jenna Johnson took home the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy at the end of season 33.

Ilona Maher and Alan Bersten came in second, while Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong followed in third place.
